You will greet guests with a smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they walk in. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’re not just making guests feel at home – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Deliver great guest service: Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service throughout conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events.
- Serve food and beverages: Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, following event requirements and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Set up and maintain event spaces: Prepare banquet and meeting rooms according to event specifications, including table settings, buffet stations, and room layouts, and restore function spaces after events.
- Handle guest enquiries: Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally to ensure a successful event experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures to ensure event spaces and service areas remain clean, safe, and presentable.
- Support successful event delivery: Monitor event requirements, replenish food and beverage items as needed, and ensure function rooms are fully prepared and maintained throughout service.
- Work as part of a team: Collaborate with fellow Team Members and other hotel departments to deliver seamless events and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role in a hotel is beneficial
- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
- Able to work flexible shifts
