This role supports end-to-end transformation lifecycle including discovery, process analysis, solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement. The Associate owns assigned deliverables, manages execution activities, identifies improvement opportunities, supports data-driven decisions, and partners with stakeholders to deliver practical HR solutions aligned to business outcomes.
This role applies a product-first mindset by understanding stakeholder needs, defining problems, and supporting solutions that create meaningful value for HR and its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation Delivery & Project Management
• Support assigned HR transformation initiatives and workstreams by applying project management discipline across planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, RAID trackers, status updates, governance materials, and decision records to enable disciplined execution.
• Coordinate project activities across HR stakeholders, subject matter experts, and partner teams; facilitate working sessions, document decisions, track actions, and ensure timely follow-through to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, roadblocks, and potential impacts to timelines, quality, or outcomes; escalate concerns with relevant context and support mitigation actions.
Process Excellence & Product-First Solution Support
• Apply a product-first mindset by understanding stakeholder needs, defining problems, aligning on desired outcomes, and supporting solutions that deliver meaningful HR value.
• Support current-state assessments by analyzing processes, documenting workflows, identifying pain points, capturing stakeholder needs, and applying process excellence approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to future-state process design by documenting workflows, roles, decision points, dependencies, and improvement recommendations that simplify, standardize, automate, and enable scalable HR solutions.
Data Insights & Stakeholder Partnership
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to assess current-state performance, identify improvement opportunities, measure transformation outcomes, track benefits realization, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Excellence, Corporate IT, Internal Communications, and other teams to coordinate handoffs, support implementation readiness, and enable adoption.
• Develop clear, concise, and compelling presentations, project updates, executive communications, and stakeholder materials tailored to different audiences.
Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in project management, business transformation, consulting, HR operations, process improvement, or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and practices, including Agile, waterfall, hybrid approaches, planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and governance. Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, continuous improvement and process improvement approaches.
• Ability to organize assigned work into tasks, priorities, timelines, and deliverables, and to follow through with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain information clearly, listen actively, confirm understanding, and document decisions and actions accurately.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather information, identify issues, identify interdependencies, evaluate options, and recommend practical next steps.
• Strong stakeholder service orientation, with responsiveness, professionalism, follow-through, and sensitivity to stakeholder needs and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional, geographically distributed, and changing environment.
• Proficiency with common productivity and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
