WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Maintain Salesforce opportunity records for the Regional Sales team, helping ensure deal information is accurate, complete, and supported by approved documentation.
Work with sellers to review deal updates, clarify missing information, and keep pipeline and forecasting data current throughout the sales cycle.
Complete recurring reviews of Salesforce data and related reports, helping identify discrepancies and coordinate updates as needed.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales, pipeline, renewal, financial, and performance reports using Salesforce, Excel, and other reporting tools.
Review reporting to help identify trends, potential risks, data exceptions, and follow-up items for Regional leadership.
Review contracts, DPMs, approvals, and supporting documents to confirm deal information and flag items that may affect reporting or related processes.
Support the Regional contract execution process, including DocuSign routing, System of Authority requirements, distribution of executed agreements, Box filing, and Asana tracking.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Management, and other teams to reconcile information, address data questions, and improve reporting accuracy.
Help identify ways to improve Salesforce processes, reduce manual work, strengthen data quality, and document team workflows.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to support reporting, documentation, research, and operational efficiency.
Support reporting requests, data-quality initiatives, and special projects, working independently while partnering with the broader team as needed.
Coordinate special projects and operational support for Regional Sales leadership, including expenses, scheduling, travel, meetings, and events.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, revenue operations, finance, or a related data-focused role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review information, identify discrepancies, and help determine next steps.
Comfort reviewing contracts, deal documents, approvals, and business-process materials with attention to detail.
Experience preparing recurring or ad hoc reports and sharing key trends, risks, or follow-up items with stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed work, changing priorities, and multiple requests.
Clear communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
