## Join our Team About this Opportunity: We are looking for a Principal Engineer in the SD-Wan team of Ericsson Wireless Enterprise Division. You will work with a group of dedicated engineers passionate about developing world-class SD-Wan, Bonding, Traffic Steering Solution You will do: * Design and implement SD-Wan Bonding solutions End to End * Work on Performance improvements * Collaborate with other Data Plane and Control plane Engineers to Design and Develop the End to End Solution * Document design specifications, test procedures, and results * Active use of AI tools in Development * Handle Customer Escalations * Improve Solution Stability and Quality You will bring: * 12+ years of experience as a member of a software development in the field of Networking and Data Path * Excellent Knowledge of * DPDK, SD-WAN, Routing, DNS, Traffic Steering, Bonding * Kernel Programming * C/ Python * Debugging Skills * Experience in Technical Leading a Development Team * Knowledge of Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication * Collaboration skills with peers, Product Managers, Solution Team and Customers * Ability to Architect, Design, Code , Handle Customer escalations * Ability to Groom backlog, Create Stories with a Clear Definition of Done, * Worked in an Environment of End to End ownership from Dev to Test to Support * Hands on Coding and Debugging * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills * High self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being a great teammate * A track record of successful cross-team and cross-site cooperation
