We are seeking an experienced Financial Integrity Specialist to join our Meta Business Services team, focusing on protecting the financial integrity of our Procure to Pay (P2P) and Travel, Expense & Card (TEC) processes.The successful candidate will combine investigative and analytical expertise with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify, document, and report on financial irregularities. They will partner with cross-functional teams including Finance Operations, Controls, Risk, and Legal to safeguard Meta's financial processes. This role requires someone who can distill complex financial findings into clear, well-structured written outputs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br><br>Financial Integrity Specialist Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Responsible for Case Management</li><li>Conduct thorough review into potential financial irregularities, documenting findings in clear, structured, and reports</li><li>Maintain high-quality records that are comprehensive, logically organized, and suitable for review by leadership and legal partners</li><li>Apply sound professional judgment to assess risk, determine appropriate courses of action, and escalate matters where required</li><li>Current Knowledge of emerging trends in financial fraud and integrity risks</li><li>Proficient in written communication, documentation, and reporting</li><li>Produce high-quality written reports, summaries, and recommendations that effectively communicate complex financial findings to diverse audiences</li><li>Develop and maintain standardized documentation frameworks for case management and review outputs</li><li>Prepare clear, concise briefings and presentations for management and cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners across Finance Operations, Controls, and Legal teams</li><li>Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and professionalism</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders to support the implementation of corrective actions, policy and process improvements</li><li>Knowledge of Process & Controls</li><li>Contribute to the development and refinement of policies and controls that prevent and detect financial risks</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the integrity of financial processes</li><li>Provide input into the design and testing of detection methodologies, including analytical models and monitoring tools</li><li>Identify and drive system and process improvements that enhance automation, reduce manual risk, and strengthen the end-to-end reliability of financial integrity systems and tools<br><br></li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<br><br><ul><li>5+ years of experience in external or internal audit, forensic accounting, financial investigation, or a related discipline</li><li>Demonstrated experience producing written reports, investigation summaries, or case documentation to a professional standard</li><li>Track record of managing reviews from initiation through to resolution and closure</li><li>Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex findings in an accessible manner</li><li>Exceptional written communication: Ability to produce clear, well-structured, and persuasive written outputs including case reports, executive summaries, and recommendations</li><li>Strong verbal communication: Confident presenting to leadership audiences and facilitating discussions with cross-functional partners</li><li>Analytical and critical thinking: Ability to assess complex financial data, identify patterns, and draw sound, evidence-based conclusions</li><li>Professional judgment: Sound risk assessment capability with the ability to exercise discretion and escalate appropriately</li><li>Interpersonal skills: Ability to build trust, influence without authority, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions</li><li>Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to documentation, data accuracy, and quality of work product</li><li>Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple cases by prioritizing based on risk, impact, and deadlines, meeting deadlines without compromising quality</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field</li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFE, CAMS)<br><br></li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<br><br><ul><li>Experience contributing to control design or policy development</li><li>Experience working in a technology or large-scale multinational environment</li><li>Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)</li><li>Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies</li><li>Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) financial processes</li><li>Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to interpret model-driven outputs<br><br></li></ul>About Meta:<br><br>Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
