The role ensures that all system changes are properly assessed, prioritised, approved, and delivered within agreed timelines while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.What you’ll do Coordinate and analyse proposed changes impacting IT systems, working closely with technical teams to ensure proper evaluation and impact assessmentPlan, estimate, prioritise, and oversee the implementation of changes in line with agreed timelines and service expectationsMonitor change performance and collaborate with operational, engineering, partner, and customer teams to ensure adherence to established processesReview failed changes, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, infrastructure, and systems globallyMaintain effective working relationships with technical and management teams across Vodafone Group and partner organisationsOversee the evaluation and planning of infrastructure and network changes to ensure effective implementationEnsure accuracy and integrity of configuration management information by controlling and tracking system changesWho you are Experienced working in a multinational environment with strong collaboration skillsProficient in English (B2–C1 level)Equipped with at least 2 years of experience in IT or telecom change management environments (such as data centre infrastructure, IP networking, ormobile technologies)Knowledgeable in ITIL methodology, with ITIL Foundation certification preferredFamiliar with data centre infrastructure and network principlesDemonstrates effective stakeholder management and communication skillsPossesses a solid understanding of IT and telecom systems and servicesNot a perfect fit?
