Keep reading!Position OverviewAs a Partner Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations that support the performance, accuracy, and timeliness of prescription processing across Phil’s Partner Pharmacy network. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, an aptitude for systems thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment. This is a dynamic position that offers a great opportunity to get in at the ground level of a quickly growing company that is committed to improving patient access to medication.ResponsibilitiesFoster a high-performing partner network by discussing performance trends, turnaround times, and aligning on clear goals for improvementReview and respond to internal escalation requests in a timely and accurate mannerPerform data entry and process requests for Phil’s regional partnersContact partners to resolve issues that may impact a successful client, patient, or partner experienceConduct investigative tasks required to support monthly financial reconciliations for partner pharmaciesReview script-level issues to ensure proper processes were followed and correct errors as neededTriage, resolve, and respond to order-related escalations and one-off requestsIdentify errors, understand operational workflows, and take action to unblock prescriptionsCollaborate with cross-functional team members to support company goals and performance targets, including finance, warehouse/logistics, engineering, and patient support.What We’re Looking ForPrior pharmacy technician experience or direct experience working with prescription-related workflows - Required2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, customer support, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail with proven organizational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated, hands-on individual who can manage daily and weekly operational tasks independentlyWillingness and ability to learn operational workflows and identify root causes quicklyExperience working with external clients or partners, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to resolve questions or issuesSolid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentComfortable with ambiguity and adaptable within a rapidly growing startupExperience using G Suite applications, with the ability to collaborate remotely through shared documents, communication tools, and project coordination platformsBenefitsGround floor opportunity with one of the fastest-growing startups in health-techFully remote working environment available in the following states: AZ, CA, CO,...
