Finally, we pioneer: setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others.This position will manage a team of supply chain professionals and oversee all aspects of Supply Chain for the Business Unit, delivering status reports, acting with a sense of urgency in response to critical requirements, as well as applying supply chain knowledge and experience to successfully navigate a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment with high expectations.Responsible for all phases of the Goods Movement Warehousing, Kitting and Distribution processes including, but not limited to, material requirements planning, inventory and perishable materials management, coordination/collaboration with Make Integration and Manufacturing on part/order priorities, movement of parts/tools throughout and between work centers, and engineering product stock room.Responsibilities:Lead a team of 20+ Production Controllers, across multiple shifts, within the Advance Composites Center (ACC)Assign and monitor team workloads to ensure efficient and effective executionProvide objective-oriented direction to subordinates utilizing management guidelines and general policiesProvide required training/coaching to subordinates ensuring adequate process/SOW knowledge for successManage and monitor department performance to ensure compliance with expectations and service level agreementsDevelop and Execute the strategy for internal tracking of parts/orders through complete build cycleWill collaborate with various programs on projects related to Goods Movement processes within ACCLead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal and external teammates, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, MRB, Industrial Engineering, Shipping, etc. to ensure performance to schedule commitmentsDirect team activities associated with product transportation, storage, and material handling requirements, including major deliveries (classified and unclassified), and specialty movements as they relate to transportabilityDevelop and Execute enhanced WIP reporting, improving real-time status of orders as they move through the build cycleCreate and Implement plan to address future distribution needs focusing on innovation and digital transformation objectivesBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/equivalent with 9 years of relevant experienceRelevant experience includes Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business Management or related fieldPrior experience leading a team, process and/or projectsExperience conducting presentations to senior leadershipAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S....
