Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in/supporting subscription sales with an emphasis on operations.
- Experience working with educational institutions and governments in US and international markets.
- Experience with agreement desks, tenders, agreement frameworks, and negotiations.
- Experience with sales systems, CRMs, quoting tools, forecasts, SFDC.
- Experience in project management, and ability to define process goals, strategy and execution plan as well as launch and ongoing day to day management.

The Google Workspace and Gemini for Education Specialist Team is seeking a Business Program Manager with deep experience in sales go to market processes and operations as well as key related systems. You will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic agreements as well as go to market outcomes via the design, launch, standardization, and optimization of operational processes of both vendor and internal teams. To drive tracking and analysis of operational trends in process or workflow performance to implement improvements and efficiency.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Manage programs concerning agreement escalation, discount approval and Education GTM policies.
- Create and improve global sales processes and enable regional teams to effectively go to market with Google Workspace for Education and Gemini premium products.
- Define and execute on regional and country-level engagement process improvements; drive continued use and interaction of best practices, in close collaboration with global GTM lead, channel and regional sales teams.
- Collaborate with regional specialist leads on enablement and rollout of processes, as well as closed loop feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with StratOps and Channel Operations teams for alignment on processes, enablement and messaging. Collaborate with finance and sales operations on creation and delivery of key sales metrics and data quality.
