POSITION OVERVIEW Property Insight a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Product-Process Trainer to join its Maitland, FL office. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. More information about FNF can be found at fnf.com. LOCATION This position is onsite in Maitland, FL. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts training needs assessments to understand characteristics and skill level of learners, the job setting, and to identify the processes and tasks performed by system users. Determines appropriate instructional strategy based on results of needs assessment. Designs, modifies, or develops instructional materials for multiple training modalities including traditional instructor-led classes, web based/virtual classes, and job-aids. For systems/products trained, reviews system/software documentation from product development teams, such as release notes, system requirements, system design specifications, technical and functional system design, configuration control requirements, etc. to understand and stay current on systems changes; enhances system knowledge through hands-on practice. Stays current on relevant trends within the Title services industries Performs other related duties as assigned. Responsible for handling incoming phone calls to the Support desk Respond to client emails coming into Support shared mailbox Manages and completes all aspects of training projects including: Communication with clients Works with Sales and client relationship teams to understand client’s business needs, adapts training context and content accordingly Scheduling and travel planning Status and expense reporting Follow-up and issue resolution MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Title or adult education or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Thorough, detailed knowledge of Property Insight systems and products trained as well as Fidelity procedures Effective presentation and interpersonal skills Understanding of, and ability to demonstrate products Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, tactful, and constructive Experience with the TitlePoint or other electronic plant applications Searching/examining experience COMPENSATION & BENEFITS FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
