We're builders who hold a high bar, move fast, and care deeply about each other and our customers.📌 About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to join our Product Growth team, where every experiment you ship can move company-level metrics within days. You'll own critical experiments end to end, from ideation and hypothesis through scoping with Product and Design, building, shipping, measuring impact, and scaling winners, working across acquisition, onboarding, collaboration, pricing, and expansion.🛠️ What You'll DoOwn experiments end to end, from hypothesis through shipping and scaling winnersDesign, run, and analyze experiments at high velocity across the Build-Measure-Learn loopDig into product and usage data to form hypotheses and guide decisionsWork across the entire product, from acquisition and onboarding to pricing, packaging, and referralsPartner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and teams across the company to turn insights into shipped product fast🔍 What We're Looking ForYou have 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across both frontend and backendYou thrive in the Build-Measure-Learn loop, designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocityYou dig into data to form hypotheses and inform product decisionsYou're user-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real peopleYou're comfortable working with our tech stack: Django, React (Next.js/TypeScript), Mixpanel, and Cursor✨ Nice to have2+ years of experience on a product growth teamExperience building lead generation pipelinesExperience working in Martech📍 LocationHybrid.
