Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
This role will be performing Application Management duties for applications in the Corporate Audit & Credit Review and Risk technology (CART) portfolio. This role will provide an opportunity to take a lead in shaping risk processes and expand your expertise in Technology delivery risk management. You will work in an environment where your expertise is not only valued but also critical to ensuring safe and compliant technology delivery. This is a very high profile role and a great opportunity to build or enhance your Application Risk Management experience. This role will require familiarity with banks internal risk management processes and tools (RISE, Continuous Monitoring, NPT Central, and Jira)
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of Bank of America’s Risk Framework and enable effective technology risk management – identify, escalate, and debate risks across responsible technology teams
Maintain an inventory of current, forecasted and completed RISE deliverables, Security vulnerabilities, and Non Permitted Technology (NPT).
Manage business and technology relationships for the CART organization to ensure all the Risk deliverables are addressed in a timely manner.
Manage governance and reporting routines with a focus on the following: - Business Continuity Planning, Vulnerability management
RISE Deliverable management, Non Permitted Technology(NPT)/ End of Life products (EOL), Exams/Audits, Third Party Management/Outsourcing, Business Rules Engines (BREs)

OpEx and Automation of the above
Establish and nurture strong relationships with business, technology, and control partners both regionally and globally.
Navigate complexities in a large, distributed organization by aligning stakeholders, building consensus, and resolving conflicts.
Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment; Highly proactive approach - ability to connect the dots.
Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently.
Required Qualifications:
7 to 10 years of experience in technology, technology internal control, audit, risk, or compliance roles within a large and complex organization.
Expertise in IT risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks.
In-depth familiarity with RISE, Continuous Monitoring, NPT Central, and Jira tools
Proficiency in cybersecurity protocols, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with Bank’s technology systems, policies, infrastructure and operational workflows.
Problem-solving skillset with a focus on proactive risk assessments rather than reactive.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams.
Ability to adapt to evolving BAU work in the team and be hands-on wherever required.

Strong experience in application management, production services, application support, or application control functions.
Proven ability to deliver technology initiatives from initiation through implementation.
Demonstrated experience managing regulatory, infrastructure, migration, or transformation programs.
Strong working knowledge of technology governance, controls, risk management, compliance frameworks, vendor management, and technology roadmap execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BS or equivalent) in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
