Your Impact:
This critical role is responsible for managing the Inside Plant Services Engineering, Installation, and Integration Services Business Group at Pearce. The role will be remote with the ability to work across multiple time-zones as required. The role will play an important strategic role in the growth of the Inside Plant Services offerings, and overall management of the ISP Engineering and Operations Team implementation across a wide array of Telecom and Data Center customers and technologies. The successful candidate will have a proven history of management and growth, a proven ability to assess, plan and implement budgets and profitability, strong personal and presentation skills, have a proactive attitude and ability to lead the team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the business development team to successfully support development of innovative programs and customer new accounts as needed
- Grow key revenue through operations performance excellence
- Grow and establish strong customer relations and expand network within key accounts
- Inside Plant Services Proposal and RFP preparation and pricing responsibility across a variety of Carrier, Telecom, Data Center, and OEM offerings
- Implement and oversee the ISP Engineering and Operations performance and growth metrics
- Ensure customer standards and quality requirements meet contractual obligations
- Manage large technical Detail Engineering and Field Operations organization and scale as needed to meet customer requirments and readiness
- Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or proven operations management / large scale customer programs / business development experience
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- >10 years of experience in management / operations / business development
- Interest in Data Center Services critical infrastructure technologies
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Telecom Carrier and Data Infrastructure
- Proven history of leading Telecom Operations Teams that resulted in overall customer satisfaction and an increase in revenue due to performance
- A collaborative, results driven and solutions-oriented approach with strong management and communication skills

Base Pay Range$145,000—$155,000 USD
