DBS Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

Responsibilities

1. Workday Financials Deployment

• Drive Workday Financials Deployment activities including Discovery, Design and Architect (especially in providing solutions for location-specific business processes) and Change Management
• Drive innovation and the adoption of AI features in solutioning
• Ensuring system controls and governance over the harmonised processes across the SG, core markets, international centres.

2. Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Stay abreast of Workday product developments and Drive business process improvement initiatives especially in the area of analytics and insights
• Refine existing Workday Reporting Framework
• Work with users to identify root causes of pains in business processes and support issue resolution and propose action plans

 3. Manage stakeholder communication

For major areas of change, work with stakeholders to align change and the impact and establish change management plans to drive adoption of new business processes

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline/experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand system architecture, system integrations and data model. Experience in Workday Financial Management will be required.
• Experience leading change management or process redesign initiatives an advantage
