What Success Looks Like 📈
In your first 12–18 months, you will have:
- Taken full ownership of multiple lifecycle engagement programs, with measurable improvements in member engagement and retention
- Established yourself as a trusted, proactive cross-functional partner across Growth & Engagement teams, Content, Analytics, Product, and Customer Success
- Incorporated AI tooling into your workflow to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your day-to-day, and begun integrating into the broader lifecycle program so AI is measurably leading to increased efficiencies or engagement performance
- Built a strong, scalable experimentation cadence – testing hypotheses, experimenting before automating, drawing insights, and analyzing learnings to meaningfully improve member lifecycle impact
About You ✨
You have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 7-10 years of professional experience in lifecycle, engagement, or other marketing roles - preferably in B2C health benefits, wellness, or regulated consumer tech
- Experience owning B2C lifecycle programs end-to-end: including strategy, journey design, technical build, performance analysis, and optimization; Understanding of personalization strategies in CRM programs, such as dynamic content blocks, conditional logic, Liquid, or lifecycle journey mapping
- Data and results-driven: You’re analytical, can develop performance hypotheses, measure results with statistical judgment, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a way that influences strategy
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: you've led projects across Marketing Operations, Content, Data, Product, and Customer Success, and communicate clearly and proactively throughout
- Familiarity with AI tools in a marketing context: whether for content ideation, audience analysis, workflow automation, or personalization - you’ve tried it, might even have proven results or workflows from it, and/or are genuinely curious about how AI can improve lifecycle program effectiveness
- Known by stakeholders and colleagues for out-of-this-world attention to detail, catching details and mitigating risk
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing Operations or technical teams on campaign setup, testing, QA, and email production workflows; familiarity with email marketing tools or CRM platforms (e.g., Blueshift, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign.io, or similar), and working with complex segmentation or personalization logic
