As a Finance Solutions Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers tailored finance solutions to clients, leveraging tech-enabled platforms to enhance their financial performance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will engage in activities such as transactional finance delivery, finance transformation, and restructuring due to mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate with client delivery teams, contributing to operational project tracking and financial reporting, while managing monthly management accounting tasks including actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to manage and coach junior and trainee accountants, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of finance functions to clients, including transactional finance, finance transformation, and restructuring activities
- Managing monthly management accounting tasks such as actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts
- Handling Accounts Payable/Receivable management and preparing balance sheet reviews for senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with client delivery teams on operational project tracking and financial reporting
- Utilizing ERP systems to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy
- Conducting financial statement analysis to provide insights and support decision-making
- Engaging in financial budgeting and forecasting to assist clients in optimizing their financial performance
- Coaching and mentoring junior and trainee accountants in their roles and responsibilities
- Applying financial accounting skills to maintain compliance with accounting standards
- Leveraging MS Office skills to create and present financial reports and analyses
What You Must Have
- CA Qualified
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
