As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Your emotional intelligence will help you build strong relationships and influence better outcomes. Job responsibilities   
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Financial Services Operations, Asset Servicing, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Investor Services, or Fund Administration.
  • Strong understanding of investment operations and fund servicing processes.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, securities processing, and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven and high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.
 Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 
  • CA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance).
  • Experience supporting Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Pension Funds, or Custody products.
  • Exposure to NAV Oversight, Financial Reporting, AML/KYC, Depositary Oversight, or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Experience driving automation, process transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Prior experience mentoring team members or acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting Depositary Oversight, Trustee Operations, Regulatory Oversight, or Asset Servicing environments.
  • Exposure to financial statement review, audit support, regulatory reporting, or control testing activities.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and control frameworks.
  • Experience driving process improvement, operational efficiencies, and automation initiatives.
  • Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor junior team members.
  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools.
