You’ll partner with our clients and the Power Protect team to provide expert service, installation, and support, ensuring reliable power infrastructure for essential operations. The role also involves client engagement and problem-solving, contributing to a safe, professional, and high-performing service culture. - Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of UPS and DC battery systems
- Maintain and service power factor correction and low-voltage electrical systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and control circuits
- Replace and install UPS, DC, and PFC equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct field service and technical reporting for preventative and reactive works
- Advise clients on upgrade or maintenance options and lifecycle improvements
- Attend manufacturer training to maintain technical competency
- Ensure safe work practices and contribute to the company’s safety culture
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Electronics (essential)
- Electrical Trade Licence (essential)
- Experience with UPS and/or Generator systems
- Proven experience in electrical service and maintenance roles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility with working hours and travel
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Full working rights in Australia essential
