Then take up the challenge and apply now to join our team as a Technical Enablement Manager.Your Daily WorkoutIntegration Management: You ensure a smooth process in the implementation of our Connected Training Floors, such as interfaces to member management, smart cardio and much more for our customersDrive deployment: You are responsible for the successful implementation of our personalized apps for our customers with all technical feature setsOptimize Satisfaction: You understand your customers and partners and their needs and determine the implementation processes through close communication In doing so, you ensure consistent customer satisfactionFoster Alignment: You work closely with our experienced product team in the area of interfaces and apps to create an optimal customer experience and continuously improve the processManage Knowledge: You support the creation and updating of documentation, such as on Confluence, to keep all stakeholders up to dateSynergize Operations: You continuously coordinate with other teams in Operations and Customer Success to achieve common goals and share knowledge Your fitness levelYou have experience in working with customers and can successfully manage customer meetings, even for more complex customer issuesYou have a strong technical understanding of software systems and mobile apps and are ideally familiar with APIs. Programming skills are an advantageYou are characterized by analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, have a high level of consulting competence and a quick grasp of new ideasYou can effectively manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel and find solutions promptly through close communication with your colleagues You are curious, like to take the initiative, are eager to learn and can deal well with changeYou have very good Excel skills and have already worked with Salesforce and JiraYou are fluent in English and Spanish or French. Your training goal for your first 6 monthsYou have a comprehensive understanding of our API platform including our partner integrations and our customizable appsYou play a key role in the successful implementation of product featuresYou have actively shaped the implementation processYou are appreciated by your team and key stakeholders from Support, Order Management, Customer Success, Sales and Product for your collaboration and valuable contributionThe equipment we provide You will earn an annual salary of $65.000-$75.000.You will have a competitive benefits package including:  health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, monthly wellness, 14 paid holidays per year, and PTO to name a few!This role is based in Denver, CO, with a flexible hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2-3 in-office days per week.
