日常工作內容：


通過與現有客戶保持良好的工作關係來管理電梯設備組合

作爲主要聯繫人，及時解決客戶的詢問需求

通過網路，投標和投標來開發構建的維修和現代化銷售

制定您自己的銷售策略以實現銷售目標，確保盈利能力

使用奧的斯電梯的銷售工具，有效地管理銷售機會的進展並預測未來的銷售業績

進行銷售談判並達成交易，確保按時付款

與其他團隊成員合作，包括其他銷售代表和工地同事



成功所需的條件(根據當地法規進行調整)


您具有商業或技術學位，或已完成技術人員或技術業務管理員的培訓，至少有5年的工作經驗

您擁有相關銷售經驗 (需要諮詢的技術產品)

您有着強大的客戶和服務導向,包括優秀的人際交往技能

您具有強大的演講，書面和口頭溝通技巧，能夠有效地培養與內部和外部客戶的期望和關係

您的特點是能履行承諾和高可靠性

您是以目標爲中心，能夠在要求嚴格，複雜的組織中按步調工作
