As a Senior Associate in SAP - SF - EC - Timetracking, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through SAP Human Capital Management applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of these applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to break down complex concepts, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems
- Interpreting data to inform strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business process improvement
- Utilizing SAP SuccessFactors for workforce technology solutions
- Managing human resources transformation projects effectively
- Navigating complex client relationships in technology consulting
- Embracing change and fostering employee engagement strategies
