Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Work with software engineering teams along with a group of business and product stakeholders to ensure alignment on enterprise needs.
Understand dependencies between products to refine the roadmap, establish completion timelines and institute success metrics.
Drive progress on the roadmap and manage expectations for a broad group of stakeholders.
Communicate progress and findings via product briefs, status updates, and demos.
Ensure adoption and interoperability across the Real Estate Solutions business.
Work closely with clients and partners to understand business needs, workflows and long-term objectives turning this knowledge into collaborative solutions.

Job Qualifications:

5+ years working with or leading successful teams focused on product management or development.
Recent mortgage lending or financial services technology experience
Demonstrated ability to quickly come up to speed with our overall tech stack and ancillary solutions.
Proven decision-making skills with experience guiding prioritization, ability to make trade-off decisions to meet customer needs and technology constraints.
Demonstratable track record of delivering quality work on time, working with cross-functional teams and knowledgeable in UX design, technology and data analysis.

Additional

Mortgage industry domain experience as a business leader, engineer, technical business analyst, or a product manager.
Experience in helping design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures.
Understanding of Lean Software Development principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline.

Annual Pay Range:

111,900 - 135,000 USD
