Global Sourcing Specialist Sourcing Center of Excellence

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oversee the planning and management of end-to-end sourcing events and follow execution to ensure timely completion.
- Develop the sourcing approach, identify suppliers, and finalize the sourcing strategy.
- Perform digital sourcing requirements and events in Oracle and other procurement systems.
- Execute the necessary RFx to include requests for information, proposals, quotes, and bids to support the category management team.
- Conduct necessary sourcing requirements and report potential timelines and resource adjustments to the Sourcing Supervisor.
- Conduct award scenario analysis to supplement the category management and analytics teams’ decision-making.
- Assist in building the RFx tools and templates for sourcing execution.
- Initiate sourcing/negotiation improvements based on previous projects' insights.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or a similar field.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement operations, global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, budgeting, financial reporting, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of e-procurement tools such as Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Sourcing Applications, etc.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
- Advanced course, a Master’s Degree, and/or professional certifications in procurement, technology, leadership, strategy, and/or project management is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in the pertinent category is a plus.
