Summary:
As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting large language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role focuses on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant outputs by carefully adjusting its parameters and training data. The workday includes analyzing model performance, experimenting with different fine-tuning techniques, and collaborating with team members to ensure the models meet the desired standards of accuracy and applicability in various specialized areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model outputs to identify areas for enhancement.
- Document methodologies and findings to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles related to language model adaptation.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods to improve model training.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement iterative improvements.
- Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI model development, such as Python.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
