Responsibilities
Critical decisions are made every single day in our government. What if you could provide your subject matter expertise to the interagency government team to help drive informed decisions? In this role you will design and conduct data-driven assessments of IC intelligence capabilities for the purposes of uncovering and triaging the root causes of intelligence gaps; determining the contributions and relative value of intelligence capabilities to customer mission needs, and recommending changes to intelligence capability or capacity to improve or optimize intelligence contributions to customer mission sets.

Qualifications
You Have:
- Experience providing intelligence management and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists supporting intelligence operations
- Experience building and maintaining databases, managing Requests for Information (RFIs), producing metrics, graphics, and briefings, and supporting mission management functions
- Experience supporting intelligence dissemination and cross-domain data transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and allied systems
- Experience maintaining records, tracking documentation, managing staff packages, and supporting controlled access, intelligence production, and information sharing activities
- Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, file directories, spreadsheets, and other document management tools to support operational requirements
- Experience developing operating instructions, policies, procedures, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and document management
- Experience coordinating meetings, video teleconferences (VTCs), training records, and reporting requirements while supporting senior leadership and mission stakeholders
- Knowledge of intelligence oversight, operational security, access control procedures, and cross-domain information management
- Ability to troubleshoot administrative and system processes, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across internal and external organizations
- Experience serving as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA) Administrator for JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet, ensuring accurate logging and providing digital documentation for cross-domain transfers
- TS/SCI with a polygraph
- BS degree and 10+ years of related experience
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting Command-level intelligence oversight and policy programs.
- Experience supporting CYBERCOM, NSA, CNMF, or other Department of Defense intelligence organizations.
- Experience managing controlled access programs and intelligence production workflows.
- Experience tracking Command partnerships and coordinating with internal and external government agencies.
- Experience utilizing SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, file management systems, and collaboration tools to improve business processes.
- Experience supporting Signals Military-to-Military (SM2M) or similar partnership programs.
- Knowledge of intelligence production chains, formal staffing processes, and mission reporting requirements.
- Ability to produce executive-level reports, dashboards, training metrics, and visualizations.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations while maintaining strict operational security and access controls.
- Knowledge of cross-domain solutions, intelligence dissemination processes, and classified network environments.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $46.34 to $86.05 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
