As a Workday - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of Workday implementations and optimizations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and drive business transformation. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Leading Workday consulting projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations
- Utilizing technical proficiency in enterprise software and systems project management to enhance client solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business process challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Workday solutions to optimize business performance
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Workday consulting teams
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process standardization and improving client service delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience of Workday product experience
- At least one of the following: a Workday Pro certification
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Excelling in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects
- Demonstrating proficiency in enterprise software and integration
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business model development
