  • Demonstrated experience defining product vision, prioritizing roadmaps, managing feature backlogs, and balancing strategic investments with operational platform enhancements.

  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, technical requirements, and release plans.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present product strategy, roadmap updates, business cases, and delivery status to executive leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience partnering with Legal departments, attorneys, Legal Operations teams, or corporate functions to understand practice workflows and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions is strongly preferred.
