RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Manager, Strategic Product Adoption, is responsible for strategic growth in multiproduct and program usage (such as FYA, Transfer, Direct Admissions, and Data Analytics and Benchmarking tools) among our membership and in partnership with our Member Service team. This role serves as a primary spokesperson and subject matter expert (SME) for programs and services during stakeholder webinars, presentations, and conferences. The person in this role will focus on the key objective of strategizing and driving growth in multi-product and program usage. In close partnership with the Director of Member Services, they serve as a liaison with product strategy and marketing to ensure alignment between our offerings and the needs, interests, and priorities of our members. They are also responsible for promoting the understanding and use of Common App and our products and services among enrollment consulting companies that serve our membership.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
This role requires:
- Candidates must live in the United States.
- Willing to travel to attend twice annual Common App Retreat.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Education, Communications, or similar program from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years of successful, progressive experience in enrollment or admissions, communications, account management, or customer service positions.
- 2-4 years of experience as a people manager.
- Knowledge of the higher education admissions cycle and the needs of member institutions.
- Experience using Common App products, systems, tools, and resources.
- Knowledge of best practices in account management and customer service.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills, including the ability to present and respond to questions from diverse audiences, internal and external, in a positive and concise manner.
- Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrates the ability to achieve goals by applying flexible thinking, creative problem-solving, analytical reasoning and sound judgement to make effective decisions and adapt strategies as needed. Ability to lead teams through organizational changes and transformations.
- Effectively builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders by proactively, engaging, understanding their priorities, and collaborating to achieve organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Demonstrates mastery of core technical skills and uses them effectively.
- Analyzes problems, identifies patterns, and proposes innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass established service goals and performance metrics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor to build team capacity.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

PAY RANGE
- $115,000 - $120,000
