Commercial Equipment Systems Expert
<p>We are hiring a Commercial Equipment Systems Expert at BuildVision.</p><p><br></p><p>BuildVision turns bid documents into structured equipment data for HVAC manufacturers and their rep firms.</p><p><br></p><p>We need someone who knows how equipment actually gets quoted, submitted, released, started, and serviced. The person who knows the work, so the product reflects it instead of guessing at it.</p><p><br></p><p>You would own:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>the workflows we support, from bid intake through warranty</li><li>the business rules and data requirements behind them</li><li>how we fit into CRM, CPQ, ERP, and selection tools</li><li>getting that knowledge into the company instead of one person's head</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Looking for 2+ years on the manufacturer or rep side. Hands on with proposals, selections, submittals, and releases. Bid desk, applications, or estimating experience. You should be comfortable telling an engineer why something will fail in practice.</p><p><br></p><p>Washington DC and Charleston in-person preferred (3-4 days / week)</p>
