As a Senior Associate - Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through transformation challenges by developing and implementing change management strategies. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, aligning them with strategic goals for long-term success. Your expertise in workforce consulting will be instrumental in analyzing client needs and developing strategies to optimize their workforce and drive organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft tailored solutions to enhance change adoption, design communication plans for stakeholder engagement, and address training needs to support successful change initiatives. Your ability to work flexibly across time zones and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

- Developing change management strategies to support client transformation goals
- Conducting change impact and readiness assessments to inform engagement plans
- Crafting tailored communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement
- Designing comprehensive training plans using advanced instructional design techniques
- Identifying potential barriers to change and formulating mitigation strategies
- Establishing key performance indicators to evaluate change initiative success
- Engaging with stakeholders to foster understanding and commitment to change plans
- Utilizing business process analysis to optimize organizational structures and processes
- Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities
- Collaborating with pursuit teams to contribute innovative approaches and methodologies
- Staying informed on trends and advancements in organizational change management
- Promoting diverse team environments and adapting to various working styles
- Building internal relationships and developing your PwC brand through client engagements

What You Must Have

- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology

- Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
