As a CDTR - Enterprise Technology Solutions - Oracle Security- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle compliance and security solutions, leveraging your skills in business application consulting. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of transformation controls and security integration, focusing on Oracle systems. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their security posture.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to manage complex projects and deliverables. You will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate their needs, and navigate the complexities of Oracle security. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, guiding them to maintain professional and technical standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex security and compliance issues within Oracle environments to support client needs
- Developing and implementing compliance programs and governance frameworks to enhance organizational security
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with clients to design and implement corrective actions and remediation plans
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite to manage compliance and security integration projects
- Advising on regulatory compliance standards and guidelines to validate adherence to industry requirements
- Leading the development of policies and guidelines to strengthen compliance oversight and governance
- Applying analytical thinking and data analytics to drive operational performance management and risk governance
- Engaging in internal audit development to support continuous improvement in compliance and security practices
- Facilitating communication and feedback processes to enhance client relationships and project outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and compliance technology
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance compliance program implementation
- Excelling in developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
- Embracing change and learning agility in dynamic environments
