The Role: As a Menswear Designer, you will create contemporary, commercial collections that embody the KARL LAGERFELD DNA—timeless, modern and effortlessly cool. Working closely with the Senior Menswear Designer, you will contribute across both Mainline and Outlet collections, ensuring a consistent brand vision while developing innovative products from concept through production. The Role: As a Menswear Designer, you will create contemporary, commercial collections that embody the KARL LAGERFELD DNA—timeless, modern and effortlessly cool. Working closely with the Senior Menswear Designer, you will contribute across both Mainline and Outlet collections, ensuring a consistent brand vision while developing innovative products from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design commercial menswear across multiple product categories in line with seasonal concepts and brand DNA.
- Develop graphics, prints and seasonal design concepts.
- Research trends, materials and global market developments.
- Create technical sketches and tech packs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Buying and suppliers throughout the development process.
- Attend fittings, sample reviews and factory visits when required.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to support research, concept generation, visualization and product development while maintaining a strong creative vision.
- Help ensure consistency across all menswear collections.
The Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design.
- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial menswear design.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims and fit.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (such as StyleAI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Vizcom or similar) and an interest in integrating digital innovation into the design process.
- Strong commercial awareness with a good understanding of the global menswear market.
- Fluent in English. As a Person:
