The Emerging Data Signals team is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of Mastercard's next generation transaction data products, including transaction notifications, consent, authentication, and intelligent data services.
This role will define and deliver products that help customers securely access, verify, and act on transaction data in real time. The successful candidate will work across product, engineering, commercialization, privacy, legal, and customer teams to build scalable platforms that power authentication, decisioning, and trusted digital experiences.
We are looking for a product leader who embraces AI-first product development, leverages data to drive decisions, and is passionate about turning emerging technologies into customer value. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a curiosity for emerging technologies and a demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve product outcomes and accelerate execution.
Role
In this position, you will:
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of transaction data, consent, authentication, and data-driven platform products.
• Lead the evolution of Mastercard's transaction notification and consent platforms, delivering capabilities that create value for developers, financial institutions, merchants, and fintech partners.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging industry trends to shape product direction and investment priorities.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable API-driven platforms.
• Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate product concepts and translate customer needs into product capabilities.
• Drive product discovery, prioritization, and delivery, balancing customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with privacy, security, and legal teams to ensure responsible and compliant product development.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern product management practices to accelerate discovery, improve decision-making, and increase execution velocity.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve customer outcomes.
All About You
• Significant experience managing digital products, APIs, platforms, or data products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, and agile execution.
• Experience working with authentication, identity, transaction data, financial services, payments, or adjacent domains.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to improve product development, customer experiences, or business outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience translating complex customer challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
