  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce plans, provide talent market insights, and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and the effective use of market intelligence across multiple functions and geographies.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by managing the recruitment process with professionalism, transparency, responsiveness, and a strong focus on quality.

  • Champion recruitment excellence by ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, adherence to local labor regulations, and the consistent application of Talent Acquisition best practices.

  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, drive informed decision-making, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

  • Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives by supporting process improvements, implementing new tools and practices, sharing expertise, and mentoring less experienced team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a multinational, matrixed, or fast-paced business environment.

  • Professional fluency in Italian and English, with demonstrated recruitment experience and deep knowledge of the Italian talent market.

  • Experience supporting or the ability to quickly develop expertise across Southern European markets, including countries such as Spain, Portugal, and Greece, while adapting recruitment approaches to diverse talent landscapes.

  • Additional European language skills are considered a strong advantage.

  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment processes and partnering with business leaders to deliver effective and strategic hiring solutions.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools to manage recruitment activity, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • A proactive, customer-centric, and data-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, influencing stakeholders, and continuously improving recruitment effectiveness.
