As a Contracting Specialist - Associate - Multilingual, you will engage in risk and compliance activities, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will provide advisory and practical support across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Supporting risk management initiatives by reviewing and analyzing contracts to identify potential risks
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for contractual risk mitigation and monitoring
- Collaborating with teams to provide advisory support on compliance and regulatory requirements
- Engaging in the preparation and review of master agreements to align with client needs and organizational standards
- Gathering and synthesizing information from various sources to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Applying technical standards and guidelines to uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Participating in client engagements to deliver practical solutions and enhance internal controls
- Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to consistently deliver quality work
- Building a personal brand by taking ownership of tasks and contributing to team success
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive value for clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, or Korean
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the required language and English
