The Material Handler – Facilities Operations plays a key role in supporting day-to-day maintenance and operations by managing and organizing facility spare parts and materials. This position ensures that the maintenance team has the right materials, tools, and parts available to complete work orders and preventive maintenance efficiently.

Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars)

  • Prepare and stage materials for upcoming work orders and scheduled monthly PMs.
  • Organize and maintain spare part inventory on the facilities monitor floor to ensure quick and accurate access to needed materials.
  • Optimize shelving and storage areas to increase efficiency and create opportunities for spare parts growth.
  • Collaborate with management to design and maintain a tracking system for spare parts, including monitoring min/max thresholds.
  • Communicate all safety issues or concerns with management promptly.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review updates, needs, and operational improvements.
  • Complete all required ABM safety trainings and comply with safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support facility operations.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in materials handling, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
