About the Role
A fast-growing, Series A/B-stage AI and procurement intelligence company is looking for a (Senior) Account Executive to join their Munich office. The company is backed by top-tier European and global venture investors and is growing rapidly across the DACH region.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
What You'll Do

Qualify and close new customers across manufacturing and industrial verticals.
Collaborate closely with a prospecting team to maintain a healthy, conversion-ready pipeline.
Build tailored business cases that clearly articulate product value and ROI for each customer.
Develop customer-specific sales strategies aimed at establishing long-term partnerships.
Collect and relay customer feedback to directly inform product development and roadmap priorities.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to continuously improve the sales motion.
Contribute to building and training a high-performance sales organisation and its processes.
Identify and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate personal and team sales effectiveness.
