Experience delivering complex, cross-functional platform products with measurable impact. Product judgment, technical fluency, executive presence, and communication and storytelling skills. Experience building developer platforms or infrastructure at scale. Background in applied AI, data science, or systems engineering. Understanding and experience with AI/ML systems, including orchestration, evaluation, and safety. Influence stakeholders across the organization to drive business impact, define success criteria for multiple feature areas, and identify long-term investment opportunities with partner support. Define feature sets, lead senior-level customer usability reviews, own roadmaps across divisions, and partner with teams to build configurations and guide scenario walkthroughs. Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Copilot & Agent Platform, aligning priorities with customer needs and product goals. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and partner teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities that help developers build, deploy, and scale AI-powered agents. Identify opportunities to expand platform reach, establish success metrics, and use data-driven insights to prioritize investments and measure outcomes.
