What will you do?
- Act as product owner for supplier master data technology solutions, translating business requirements into system specifications and transforming those needs into operational excellence
- Develop and operationalize our Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and implementation roadmap by leveraging market knowledge of key players and best practices to create a data-driven supplier ecosystem
- Analyze complex supplier datasets using analytical tools and visualization platforms to uncover hidden insights and trends that inform strategic supplier management recommendations
- Design and optimize database architecture and reporting management capabilities that ensure supplier master data is accessible, reliable, and actionable for all business partners
- Create a data knowledge practice and self-serve analytics solutions using business intelligence tools that enable procurement professionals to become self-sufficient in accessing and analyzing supplier insights
- Champion data governance frameworks and quality standards that establish organizational alignment around supplier information management
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- 5+ years’ experience in business analytics or data management with progressive responsibility and demonstrated track record of delivery
- Strong technical foundation in database management, data architecture, and data modeling
- Proven experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Deep knowledge of supplier operations, procurement systems, and supplier relationship management practices
- Excellent analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a complex, matrixed corporate environment
Nice-to-have:
- Product management experience with enterprise data platforms or MDM solutions
- Master data management or data governance program implementation experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder alignment
- Willingness to embrace change and challenge the status quo
