Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, growth, and market positioning of Genpact's Treasury Managed Services portfolio as a high-value extension to Finance & Accounting Managed Services, defining differentiated solutions across cash management, liquidity, working capital optimization, and next-generation treasury capabilities
- Partner with clients, sales, consulting, delivery, and technology teams to originate and commercialize transformative treasury solutions—including agentic AI-enabled treasury operations—as standalone offerings or integrated components of broader managed services engagements
- Act as the senior in-country representative of Genpact with relevant external stakeholders (e.g., industry forums, employer groups, local authorities/regulators as appropriate, strategic partners)
- Serve as an escalation point for sensitive in-country matters that could impact reputation, compliance, or employee relations
- Sponsor and drive country-wide people initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities and local needs (engagement, well-being, CSR)
- Support crisis response and employee communications in country where leadership visibility is essential
- Maintain an informed view of local labor market and workforce trends (availability, wage inflation signals, competitor moves, skills shifts, campus ecosystem).
- Identify emerging country-level risks and opportunities early (reputational, employee relations, regulatory signals, location attractiveness)
- Lead the Tax Services portfolio across Advisory and Managed Services, driving strategic growth, solution innovation, and operational excellence for global clients.
- Partner with enterprise leaders to expand Finance & Accounting offerings through integrated tax transformation, technology-enabled delivery, and value-led client engagement
- To bring industry knowledge, world-class consulting capabilities, innovation and ground-breaking technology to our clients for their global F&A functions
- Execute projects to deliver outcomes for clients across their finance agenda – e.g. Strategy, Operations, Enterprise performance Management, statutory responsibilities, stewardship and control Bring up to date thinking on emerging technology and modern operating models to translate into offerings and outcomes for clients
- Contribute to developing and executing on the domestic and global strategy for the consulting practice – IP development, delivery assurance toolkits and frameworks, knowledge management, offerings development
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), CTP or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in treasury consulting, corporate treasury transformation, or finance transformation, with significant experience in a Big 4 or leading consulting/services organization advising global clients on treasury strategy and operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale treasury transformation programs spanning cash and liquidity management, working capital optimization, treasury operating model design, bank relationship management, payments, and treasury technology.
- Proven track record of engaging with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance leadership to shape transformation roadmaps, managed services engagements, and business case development
- Experience in business development, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and managing multi-million-dollar consulting or managed services opportunities
