Responsible for overseeing and executing the firm’s proxy voting strategy, the team plays a vital role in upholding shareholder rights and ensuring corporate accountability across global investments.The team evaluates and votes on a wide range of corporate governance matters, including board composition, executive compensation, environmental and social issues. Working closely with investors to ensure voting decisions align with the firm’s policies.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Associate on the Global Stewardship Team will play a key role in the analysis, evaluation and execution of proxy voting activities for portfolio companies.
