We partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and measurable outcomes.The Workday Developer will support the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday, with a primary focus on Talent, Performance, and Learning. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mature Workday environment while helping evolve innovative solutions used across Huron.Requirements:2+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday (Performance, Learning, and/or Recruiting)Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIBs, and Excel‑based data analysisAbility to clearly communicate technical solutions to business stakeholdersExperience working with global or cross‑functional teamsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skillsExcellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
