Senior Manager Project Management Office Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Acts as enabler for Procurement and drives best in class processes, methods, tools. Responsible for providing global/local process design, methods or projects with significant impact to the global/local PROC organization to foster effectiveness and efficiency. Provides standardized processes,  methods, tools, templates and guidelines for the leading roles in and around the different projects and to enable these people regarding their usage.  Collects Project Management data from the projects, consolidates these and reports them to the respective management e.g. for PROC Project Portfolio Management. Ensures that the projects priorities and execution are aligned to the organization's strategy and vision regarding Project Management. Support overall PROC strategy, Transformation programs (AI, …), Governance & communication, Benchmarks, Companywide programs like best cost country sourcing. Acts as main interface to all relevant
stakeholders in- and outside PROC to align requirements, demands/requests,
priorities and consult on improvements/standards. Ensures compliance with
internal and external rules and regulations. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  9+ years relevant working experience Bachelor/Master degree on Science/Biz/Supply Chain Good experience on handling global initiative Knowing about culture different and very good communication skill Sense of urgency and business #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
