The Job:
As the Senior Finance Innovation Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Finance team. You’ll get to:
Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.
Drive the delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.
Support business growth by strengthening data capabilities across a broad international user base.
Promote innovation, data literacy, and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
Translate business requirements into practical analytics and planning solutions.
Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
The Person:
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also have:
6+ years of experience in analytics within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
Strong technical capability in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros, and VBA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
A Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; certifications or strong project experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or similar tools are a plus.
