As a D365 CE Developer - Experienced Associate, you will specialize in analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft CRM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through CRM software integration
- Providing training and support to validate seamless utilization of Microsoft CRM applications
- Engaging in business process analysis to enhance CRM project management and execution
- Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to develop customized CRM configurations
- Conducting customer journey analysis to improve client engagement strategies
- Managing data effectively to support CRM analytics and reporting
- Applying intellectual curiosity to adapt and learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform CRM solutions
- Building commercial awareness to align CRM implementations with client strategic objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
