POSITION OBJECTIVE

This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives.  We're looking for driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager to grow with us on this exciting journey.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead system enhancements, incident resolution, and project activities with full ownership.
• Provide hands-on support for SAP FICO modules and their integration with MM, SD, EWM, and TM, including incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects.
• Collaborate with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.
• Drive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activities
• Independently develop and maintain functional and design specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Support integration points with other SAP modules and domains.
• Lead peer reviews of design standards and specifications.
• Govern the transition and handoff from project delivery to application support teams.
• Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
• Mentor junior and intermediate analysts, and contribute to team capability building.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors 
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy
• Availability to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential. 
• Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
• Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.
  
  Note: This role will imply being available on irregular hours.
   

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

1. University degree or equivalent by experience

2. Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in one or many of the following SAP financial modules: FI, CO, AA  

3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting required

4. Demonstrate outstanding expertise in SAP Financial accounting and Controlling functionalities and capable of designing and implementing SAP best practices

5. Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.

6. Work experience with the following packages is nice to have: Blackline, OneSource, Opentext, Kyriba

7. Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP

8. Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes

9. High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration

10. Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers

11. Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

12. Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities

13. Available to work "on call" in a rotative calendar

14. You’re able to work in English (written and oral)
