We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. Role Overview

Harvey is building the definitive AI platform for legal, and as our enterprise customer base grows, the tools that let firms and legal departments observe, govern, and act on how Harvey is used have never been more critical. The Senior Product Manager, Command Center will own the product vision and roadmap for Harvey's Command Center and internal admin platform — the operational control surface where enterprise administrators monitor adoption and usage, manage users and access, and steer their organization's deployment of Harvey at scale. This role sits within the Product organization and partners closely with Engineering, Design, Security, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure Command Center meets the rigorous requirements of the world's largest and most regulated enterprises. You will have a direct and measurable impact on Harvey's ability to land and expand within complex organizations by making the platform observable, governable, and easy to administer at scale. This is a high-visibility, scale-up surface with significant room to shape the team and the product as our enterprise footprint expands.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center, spanning usage and adoption analytics, administrative controls, and organizational governance.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences that meet the operational needs of large enterprise customers.

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams to deeply understand admin pain points, reporting and governance requirements, and integration needs — and translate those insights into high-impact product investments.

  • Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.

  • Design the dashboards, reporting, and controls that turn product usage data into actionable visibility for customer administrators and internal leadership.

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope, communicating clearly at both the executive and working-team levels.

What You Have

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.

  • Deep familiarity with enterprise admin, analytics, and governance domains such as usage reporting, identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), audit logging, and access controls.

  • A technical background or a strong desire to go deep on engineering design and trade-offs.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver products that satisfy rigorous organizational requirements.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
