We're Hiring: Category Growth Manager (Auto & Moto Marketplace)
We're looking for a Category Growth Manager to drive growth across our Auto & Moto Marketplace through strategic partnerships with dealers, distributors, and vehicle brands. In this role, you'll own the planning, execution, and measurement of promotional campaigns with our partners — working at the intersection of business development, marketing, analytics, and product to create initiatives that increase sales, financing volume, and partner engagement.

Your Future Tasks:
Develop and execute promotional campaigns together with dealers, distributors, and automotive partners.
Initiate and lead discussions with partners, negotiate campaign mechanics, and coordinate launch timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for promotional activities with assigned partners.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Credit teams to translate business objectives into effective campaign initiatives.
Identify opportunities to scale successful promotions and replicate best practices across categories and regions.
Develop co-marketing and joint media campaigns where partners contribute marketing budgets and promotional support.
Build long-term relationships with key dealer groups, distributors, and automotive brands.
What We Expect:
3+ years of experience in partnerships, category management, business development, trade marketing, account management, or a similar commercial role.
Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, mobility, fintech, marketplace, or e-commerce industries.
Experience working with dealerships, distributors, importers, manufacturers, or retail partner networks.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience managing external partners and negotiating commercial initiatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate business performance and campaign effectiveness.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams.
