As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will be the bridge between our customers' hardest problems and our product — at the frontlines, solving concrete problems and shaping the company.
What You'll Do
- Talk with customers, understand their core problems, and build solutions fast
- Test end-to-end, troubleshoot, iterate, and drive adoption
- Bring insights back from customers to directly shape what we build next
- Own the complete process from helping close deals to product development
- As one of our first hires, you won't just do the work — you'll define how it's done
Who You Are
- 3–5 years in software engineering or a technical role (CS, Data Science, Physics, Math, Engineering)
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar. Knowledge of logic programming languages is a plus
- Strong problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly
- Obsessed with customers — you treat their problems as your own

We're looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Founding Account Executive to help define our product-market fit and build the infrastructure to scale to $100M ARR.
What You'll Do
- Hunt for new accounts across multiple industries adopting AI to help Prometheux meet its revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and use cases where Prometheux can deliver the most value to enterprise
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles from outbound through close
- Build relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders
- Translate customer operational problems into platform deployments
- Work closely with founders, FDEs, and engineering teams on customer strategy
- Help shape GTM messaging, positioning, and vertical strategy
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the data and AI landscape
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of sales experience in enterprise SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to data and AI platforms
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Background in environments where products required deep technical selling
- Experience selling complex data, infrastructure, or AI platforms into large enterprises is a strong plus

As our Founding Sales Engineer, you will own the full technical sales cycle — from discovery and demo through POC and expansion. You'll be the first dedicated SE hire, bridging C-level entry with technical and data team buy-in, and you'll build the function from scratch: demo environments, POC processes, and playbooks that define how Prometheux wins technically.
What You'll Do
- Own the full technical sales cycle from discovery through demo, POC, and expansion
- Lead discovery conversations with CDOs, Heads of AI, and Risk Leads and more, surfacing real business pain before showing product
- Run hands-on POCs independently on our SaaS, Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud platforms
- Build demo environments, POC frameworks, and SE playbooks from zero
- Work closely with founders and Account Executives to progress and close enterprise deals across highly regulated industries and complex enterprises
- Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes for C-level and technical buyers alike
- Define how Prometheux competes technically against Neo4j, Palantir, and data catalog tools
Who You Are
- 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales FDE, or Solutions Architect at a data, AI, or infrastructure company (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir, Confluent, Neo4j, or equivalent is a plus)
- Deep hands-on command of modern data architecture — can set up POC environments, write SQL, work with APIs, and navigate cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) without hand-holding
- Business outcome mindset — you lead with discovery, surface business pain, and tailor demos to specific use cases rather than feature-dumping
- Comfortable holding conversations with senior leadership and translating technical depth into business value
- Track record of running POCs that converted to six-figure contracts in regulated enterprise accounts
- Thrives in ambiguity and builds process where none exists — no playbook, no existing demo environments, no SE team to lean on
- Highly entrepreneurial and excited to define the SE function at an early-stage company

We're looking for an Operations Associate to help build the operational backbone of Prometheux. As one of the earliest members of our Operations team, you'll work directly with the founders across every part of the business — from hiring and finance to legal, customer operations, marketing and internal systems.
This isn't a role where you'll own one function. You'll wear many hats, take on whatever has the biggest impact that week, and help build the systems and processes that allow Prometheux to scale.

What You'll Do
As an early member of the team, no two weeks will look the same. You can expect to:
- Own and improve day-to-day business operations across finance, legal, people, customer operations and internal processes
- Build systems, workflows and automations that help Prometheux scale efficiently
- Manage our London workspace and create an environment where people love to work
- Help source, coordinate and move candidates through our hiring process as we grow the team
- Build onboarding processes and operational foundations that create a great experience for both employees and customers
- Support the founders on high-priority strategic and operational projects
- Jump into whatever is most important that week — from organising customer events to negotiating suppliers or improving internal tooling
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, investment banking, venture capital or similar (we're open to exceptional candidates from any background)
- Naturally curious and enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making good decisions without having all the answers
- Loves wearing many hats and is excited to work across finance, hiring, legal, operations, marketing and more
- Takes ownership, follows through and leaves things better than you found them
- Learns quickly and thrives when given responsibility
- Low ego and happy to do the unglamorous work that keeps a company running
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities at once
