This role is for individuals who can challenge assumptions, conceptualize novel analytical approaches, and harness emerging technologies to deliver transformative business solutions. The individual will help scale current solution delivery across brands and channels while also building future-ready capabilities through modern data platforms, AI-augmented development, intelligent automation, and emerging agentic ways of working. It is intended for someone who can help the team evolve toward a more scalable, reusable, and AI-enabled operating model by combining strong engineering discipline with curiosity for new tools, automation patterns, and human-plus-agent workflowsRoles & Responsibilities:Break down ambiguous business problems into clear, scalable analytical workflows.Partner with stakeholders to frame hypotheses, define KPIs, and design experiment frameworks.Solves problems independently, Owns solutions from planning through deliveryLead development and maintenance of data and analytics pipelines supporting multi-brand, multi-channel time series forecasting.Build scalable data preparation, transformation, and validation workflows across sources such as: (IPP / Impala / CDP / Redshift / CSCAN / REACTS)Improve reliability, maintainability, and observability of workflows in Dagster / Databricks / Domino.Explore and analyse large structured and unstructured datasets from clinical, digital, and real‑world sources.Apply advanced ML, statistical methods, and LLM‑based techniques to generate insights.Build predictive, prescriptive, and generative models for strategic business problems.Work with engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and deployment environments.Present complex model logic and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML and agentic‑system tools to future‑proof capabilities.Mentor junior data scientists and promote a culture of...
